Helping Fatties With Their New Year Resolutions

As we draw closer to 2017 we will soon see an onslaught of fatties posting their new year resolutions. It’s no secret that losing weight is always the most popular new years resolution, despite the fact that you dont need a holiday to start living like a decent human being. Change can happen any day and odds are that any fatty posting about a new year resolution will probably do it while on line for a 3,000 calorie “snack”. Hams far and wide (mostly wide) will start posting about how they are going to get their body ready for summer or some other tired variation that they have no real intentions or capabilities of actually achieving.

So I say we simply hold these fatties to their word, take screenshots of every single fatty you find online making some sort of new years resolution regarding weight/fitness/health and everytime they do something that flies directly against that resolution put them in check.

Fat Acceptance ProTip: You can’t fail if you never try!

I’m sure there’s some fat activist out there ready to cry harassment over this. So let’s set the record straight, all we would be doing is saving screenshots of a publicly posted promise that a fatty made to themselves, and reminding them of it every time they break that promise. A promise they made online publicly for the entire internet to see. Why would someone make a promise like that if they didn’t want some accountability? This would simply be a way of saying, “Hey, that pizza and big gulp aren’t helping you lose any weight, which you haven’t seen to be doing at all and its only January 8th….”.

or something like…

“You made a resolution on FB to run every weekend, its February and the only thing getting a work out is your Netflix queue”

Or even

“Hey I haven’t seen you post any workout posts or gym selfies after your first few days at the gym. Have you stopped going? Its only been 2 weeks”

There’s no reason to get mean with the posts, a simple reminder of their lack of willpower and how quickly they failed to keep this promise to themselves will do the job. Just stay consistent with asking them why they quit every single time they present an opportunity.

Fatties love the attention they get for making empty promises without ever being expected to actually achieve anything. So let’s hold them to their new years resolutions this year and call them out on their bullshit.

If anyone can think of a catchy hashtag to go along with this feel free to msg me on Twitter.
