Its rare that you find someone so trapped in their own fatlogic bubble as Simone B. AKA @MadamPlumpette as she is known on twitter. Simone has bounced between fantasy saying she’s powerful at 240 lbs, she is just full of fat & muscle. Then her sad reality kicks in where she acknowledges that her weight is giving her trouble breathing.
What does 240 lbs of muscle and fat look like to your typical fat activist?
Apparently it looks like obesity to the rest of the world. @MadamPlumpette who weighs in at a staggering 242 lb at only 22 years of age is already beginning to feel obesity ravage her body. I stumbled on to her account when she was talking about a NY Times article about how we have an “absured fear of fat ”
Still despite saying she needs to lose 80+ lbs so her foot can heal & her respiratory issues Plumpette posts articles stating that we shouldn’t be focusing on weight loss, because of “studies”. These studies don’t seem to be of any help to her health though. If you look at the image below you can see in the span of 2 hours she went from talking about having trouble breathing due to her weight to saying we shouldn’t fear being fat.
That’s not all though Simone seems to have some issues with her foot which makes a lot of sense since she’s approaching 300 lbs in weight. Our bodies weren’t meant for this kind of abuse!
Her posts become even more cringe worthy as a friend of hers tries to talk her into the most basic of routines. Its like watching my 600 Lb Life on twitter.
So here we have a 22 year old obese lay about who has no energy, can barely walk on her injured foot and has trouble breathing, yet she “feels powerful” at this weight? She dismisses all suggestions to try and better herself because following a routine “doesn’t work for her”. You would think it couldn’t get any worse until you read this last gem of fat logic.
Yep its not sitting around doing nothing but stuffing your face that’s bad for you its that pesky diet and exercise! Take it from Simone, she’s a powerful woman!
Hey Simone, I start my day with a 1 mile jog 5 days a week and generally work out 3-4 days at the gym. I’ve suffered some minor pulls and tears all that healed in a few weeks. None of this “strain” as you call it has ever given me a fraction of the health issues you have and I’m over a decade older than you!
There is nothing powerful about being 242 lbs unless you look like Dwayne Johnson, but you keep telling the internet how foolish we are. Just make sure you bring an oxygen tank before you get on the soap box to yell at us some more. I hope it has a ramp for your scooter too, I’m sure the strain of getting on top of the box would be simply too much for a strong and powerful woman like yourself.
